Timely Care With a Smile
Lori has been my personal Chiropractor for the past 11 years and continues to provide very helpful and positive services on each visit. She takes the time to ask questions, listens, and treats as needed to bring about a healthy balance to your life. Her facility is welcoming and has a wonderful staff of professionals.

She caused a new injury
I made an appointment with Lori for low back pain that had resolved by the time we had the appointment, but it was too late to cancel without a fee. I should have canceled. She saw me. I explained that I was doing fine and having no pain, but nevertheless she felt the need to go poking around in my hip and found something she thought needed "adjusted." She twisted me and made a terrible crack. Ever since my right hip has hurt. It's been three weeks now.

Lori Mace is a great chiropractor however, she does not have a front office person which becomes a problem when you have an urgent need to see her. She claims that she will always call you back but does not. Dr. Mace seems to be particularly unaccommodating when your need is most urgent. In my opinion, not good patient care.
