Lori is impatient and condescending. She does not listen well to comments or questions and is the reason I will not be returning to this practice which I have gone to for over 20 years. Very poor patient care and speaking to me as if I'm an idiot were the worst. Please find yourself someone else who will really take care of you....Lori will not.
