Totally uninterested
She could not be less interested in why you are there. Doesn't listen. Actually gets in your face when you ask a question. I'm stuck with her because everyone is still hearing 'covid, covid, covid, we're all backed up.' With practitioners like her I'm not surprised. I am on my replaced knees praying to the Gods above to get me out of her care. Do yourself a favor. Take the hit and wait for a real doctor.

Dangerous
Never had a nurse practitioner like this in my life. Maybe that's why she's not a doctor. Goes hair-on-fire if you have the temerity to speak, because she knows ahead of time what you are going to say. Does not listen when you do finally speak. Turns everything over to the office staff while she works her 4-day weeks. Does not keep accurate charts, records, prescription notes or other pertinent information. No empathy at all. Would not even slow down to help someone dying by the side of the road. I wouldn't recommend her to week-old roadkill. Go elsewhere, and I mean away from that practice. The other practitioners are just as bad.

Wellness Visit with Lori Wood
I had an excellent wellness checkup with Lori Wood. She is very professional. I started going to Primary Care of Rochester when it opened. Based on my experience with Lori Wood and the staff, I highly recommend them and will continue to have them oversee my medical requirements.

Lori Wood was my nurse practitioner for 17 yrs. I complained about symptons I had for 12 yrs which she totally dismissed. My bloodwork over the years, my symptons, & my complaints gave her the opportunity to figure out my medical condition. Someone in my life researched my symptoms & forwarded the info. to me. I had to advocate for myself & finally I'm healthy. If she had a little compassion I could've been healthy through the years under her car.e. Her comments in my records show her ignorance.
