Dr. Oden was initially very helpful. After many visits I still wasn't hearing adequately. Dr. Odern said, "I like a challenge." After more visits, tired of traveling without satisfactory results, I asked for my money back. Dr. Oden said, let me try again. After months of adjustments she referred my to Jane who works for her. Jane is patient and kind but was unsuccessful I was then told I must pay for future appointments. So I am out approx. $6000 and still cannot hear. Not Recommended

Dr. Oden is so very thorough in both the exam and explaining what was going on. I really appreciated that she took that much time going over my results and helping me understand my options. I'm thrilled with how well I'm doing at work and home with hearing aids. My only regret is I didn't do this sooner.
