Dr. Lotie Aumoithe, OD

I was impressed by Dr. Aumoithe. She was recommended by a friend, and I can understand why. She is knowledgeable and practical. While the practice is associated with Lenscrafters, and my script did change a bit, she wasn't pushing me to spend money on new lenses. Rather, she said the difference was small enough that it was my option. She also gave me some practical advise on dealing with some annoying eye issues I had been having. She was timely, not keeping me waiting like many doctors do these days. Her way of speaking is a bit matter of fact over warm, but I wasn't offended by it at all. I simply interpreted it as a professional demeanor. I mention only as some have said she is rude. I see that as more of an interpretation of her way of speaking by someone looking for a provider who presents as all warm and fuzzy. I would definitely recommend Dr. Aumoithe.

I am an RN who has worked with many doctors in diverse areas of practice. I met Dr. Lotie Aumoithe this week during my annual eye exam after changing optometrists. I am compelled to report my experience with her. She impressed me with her knowledge, professionalism, patience, and thorough attention to details while making sure all of my concerns and needs were addressed and resolved. She exceeded my expectations! I'm happy to have her as my optometrist.
