Louise is by far the friendliest person in the office! Her bedside manner is excellent and relaxing, especially when you have a screaming kid with you. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns (unlike her boss). She even comes and rechecks on you if you’ve been waiting for a long time. She explains everything you need to know as well as encourages you to call the office if you have further questions. I’m shocked that she is only a PA, she definitely needs to be a pediatric Dr!
