Lovelle Rivera

Dr Rivera is fabulous. She is Incredible ! She is so extremely knowledgeable, and very patient and a great listener to everything I said about my symptoms, etc, and she provides an exceptional level of care. She is very kind, caring, and thorough. She handled my severe lung infection and asthma soooo much better than the pulmonologist I had gone to. Dr Rivera is truly a Godsend.

Came in with symptoms NOT aligned with a "common cold". Told her I missed out on work because of a chest pain when I cough and a lot of mucus. I specifically said I took NyQuil and Robotussin but it hasn't helped. She then tells me she went to medical school so she knows better than me and has the nerve to tell me to go to medical school if I think I know better. Gives me Robotussin, Claritin, and asks if I want a $100 antibiotic shot. Promised me a doctors note, doesn't give it to me. STAY AWAY
