I'm an extremely busy working mother of 4, but setting aside a few minutes of time to express the highest level of satisfaction with Luann was easy. My kids have all seen her multiple times in urgent care, and I am always impressed my her excellent bedside manner, her compassion, knowledge, and unwavering ability to make sure that a parent understands every diagnosed malady, test and treatment. I could not recommend her more highly.
