Do not see this PA. We had a wonderful PA who went into home health so we started seeing Lucas Vance. Big mistake. He refilled a prescription incorrectly - same medication but wrong delivery system. Usually used brand and this was generic so we thought that was why the medication was different. No, Vance ordered a vertical inhaler for asthma, not a horizontal InHub unit COPD; they are not interchangeable. Spoke with Clinic Manager who said she would watch him order the correct rx. Again he ordered the inhaler and not the InHub unit. Pharmacy fixed this error; we changed providers. Breathing still subpar but we thought it was the high heat of the summer. Time to refill and the pharmacy said there was a discrepancy - new provider ordered a different strength than Vance. We had not noticed the along with the wrong delivery system, Vance also called in the wrong strength. Very concerning.

Waste of time & money
Had a get to know your Doctor appointment with Dr Vance. During the appointment he informed me that he was leaving the Office. He also tried to make an Physical appointment for me at a different location whitch I declined. Not sure why my appointment was not canceled or I was at least given a choice. $165 down the drain.
