Lucille is a great, down to earth person. Her willingness to help others is evident. She has great understanding of when to tell you the things you need to hear in order for it to have it's greatest benefit. She is open and offers an array of suggestions to improve your situation. She is also very aware to reflect on your past and make sure you acknowledge the progress that you have made.
