Myself and my family were patients of Dr. Kinney's for over 10 years when he retired, at which time we began to see Lucy Wall. Ms. Wall is simply the most heartfelt caring person I've met in a long time. She always takes time to listen to our concerns, explain the tests and/or treatment she recommends and discuss and questions we may have regarding. In the few instances I have gone in for something that requires a specialist, they recommend one they can vouch for. Myself and my family will continue to see Lucy Wall, and the entire Hermitage Family Practice crew for years and years to come!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kinney and Hermitage Family Practice 15 years always received excellent care. However, after his retirement, I negan experiencing severe and debilitating health problems After 2 vsits to office - once seeing Dr. Manning and once seeing Lucy Walls - called today to get an apointment as I am still ill told "nothing else they could do" other than refer to me to a psychiatrist! I agree I need referral to a specialist at this point but my illness is not in my head!
