Luis Lozano, PA

Excellent, person!

Dr Lozano is such a a great physician in every aspect. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient and understanding. I have never felt rushed during my visits with Luis and always left his office with a full understanding. We need more MD's like this in the medical field.

He is down to earth and very professional. Knowledgeable and always accessible. Glad I found him.

This was my dad's first apt. w/ Luis Lozano to follow-up on a recent fall w/ a brief hospital stay. He did not examine him other than looking at his stitches on his head. I had to ask for physical therapy for him and he asked why. When I told him all of my dad's scripts needed to be refilled, he gave push back and said he'd have to call the pharmacy, hopefully he will. He sent us to get imaging and advised we could walk in. We went only to be told a referral was needed. He also brushed me off when I requested he sign a handicap placard request and complete FMLA paperwork as I had to miss work. Very sad that his prior NP at this practice is no longer there. We'll be looking for another provider.

I would not recommend him. He did not help me and basically bullied me It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Dr. Lozano was fantastic, professional and respectful. After my appointment I had a question remaining and waited for Dr. Lozano for about 5 minutes before I decided it wasn't worth asking. His Nurses Assistant told him I had waited and left. 10 minutes later I received a phone call from Dr. Lozano following up with me about my question. Highly Recommended.
