Lukela Los Banos

On September 23, 2023, I was seen for my massage appointment with Lukela Los Banos. Prior to this, I had been seeing him consistently about once a month since June 2022. This last appointment he said that we would be working on my posterior chain, and would be cupping the back of my legs. He had left the cups on for so long, the pain became so unbearable, I had to ask him to remove them. During the time period he had them on, he went to tighten them three more times each time an extra three pumps to tighten them even more. Totaling 9 pumps. As he took each cup off, it felt like he was ripping my skin. Once he removed the last cups, he paused and said, “So, we may have left the cups on for maybe 10-15 minutes too long.” In his words totaling 40 minutes. It has been 6 months and I still have scarring from all the cups and blisters. He has been unresponsive to my lawyer, and has refused to provide any insurance information.
