The Franklin, TN office is absolutely amazing. From the time you enter the front door, you feel right at home with a heartfelt welcome from Cindy. Dr. Lydia will ensure that you receive the best possible service and care during your hearing screening, providing information and giving you detailed answers to any questions you have. To me, this is by far the best screening experience I have ever received! This office is fortunate to have such a caring and professional staff to assess your needs.

These folks are fantastic!! I was having lunch with the Patient Care Coordinator Cindy Hull when a walk-in patient came in. She took time out of her lunch break to help the couple with their issues. This is one of many instances where the staff are truly dedicated to taking care of their patients above all anything.
