I saw Lydia for CBT-I. She was caring and explained things well. The only complaint I have is with the billing dept. I even told Vanderbilt Billing what they were doing wrong, not putting Lydia’s name on the claim. They said they would bill under Lydia’s ID number. However, I continue to receive bills from Vanderbilt. Lydia is great but beware of their billing department!!!
