I would not recommend Lydia Stanton as a therapist. She does 45 minute therapy sessions and does not exceed the time limit no matter what issues are being discussed. The second time we met without even taking a full history she made a black and white suggestion about what to do in therapy. When I raised a question about the approach she said find a different therapist. I did not find her compassionate, skillful, or caring.
