This doctor helped me to fully recover from a fracture clavicle and tears to my rotator cuff. I refused surgery although it was advised so my recovery was tricky, long, at times discouraging, trying and ultimately successful. LYnette came up with strategies to help me understand the diagnostics, exercises, home care and to return fully to biking long distances after the fall that caused mY injury . She is humble, helpful, funny and kind.
