Today was my 1st appt with Dr McDaniel. However, Im on a low income & had to tell the receptionist I didnt have any money to cover the copay, but could pay in 2 days. I sat in the waiting room, in turmoil, yet so grateful to be finally getting help. I was then informed the Dr said she wouldnt see me because I didn't have my $30 copay. Despite that it meant losing the $200 billed to my insurance had she. Extremely petty & cold hearted- astounding traits to see in a therapist. I left in tears.
