Been treating with Lyssa for about 6 months and I feel so lucky to have found a provider that believes that mental healthcare is not a cookie-cutter practice with one answer to find mindfulness. I got to say, small medical practices are where it’s at. I’m used to larger providers that treat you based on what your insurance is paying them and refuse to spend any time assisting their patients outside of their block schedule for which the insurance sends the checks. Not Lyssa. Her and her staff make themselves available to patients after normal business hours through text and I’ve never had an issue getting in touch with them like I’ve had with countless other providers. Having been to many psychiatrists throughout my childhood and adulthood, I know how difficult it is to find a physician you feel truly has your best interest at heart and not just taking your money. We connected very quickly and opening up to her about the issues I was having was so much easier than I ever expected.

I have seen a few professionals to receive help with my ADHD and they usually just over prescribe stimulants. Lyssa is amazing, she asks many questions to understand how you react or behave. This is the first time it actually feels like she is as involved in helping me than I am. Thank you!!

I have seen Mrs Brooks on several occasions and I highly recommend her to my friends and family. She is very understanding of any concerns and issues I may have and has done her best to get me on a path to address my concerns. I should also add that her medical knowledge and ability to apply it to my situations has always been a pleasant surprise. I wish all telehealth providers were as enjoyable to deal with as she is. I think she does a great job of going out of her way to make her patients feel comfortable and not judged.
