Dr. Madison Heine, DMD

Dr. Heine is kind and non-judgemental, and while she addressed many issues I had, her 'fixes' also created many problems. She was my dentist at Dentistry Plus. I needed extensive dental work. I had to get many fillings and some crowns. Every time I got work done by Dr. Heine, I was left with significant pain and discomfort. All of my fillings had to be re-done or adjusted, sometimes multiple times. At one point, I had to go to a different dentist to adjust my bite, after multiple sessions with Dr. Heine in which she attempted to fix the issue. After 1 short visit with the other dentist, my dental pain went away.Now, a year later, I went to a new dentist. My new dentist showed me my x-rays, which revealed that my fillings were poorly done, as I suspected, and could lead to cavities. While I'm grateful for the kindness and support, I'm disappointed and frustrated that Dr. Heine's work caused unnecessary pain, and I'll eventually have to spend time and money to fix what she did.
