Maeve Tobin, PA-C

I was referred here and I quote "only because they may be able to see you sooner but switch to Brown Dermatology" and my god were they right. I'm sorry but she looked at none of the notes or history surrounding my issues, my family medical history, visit was less than 10 min with nothing actually done by this "Doctor". I'd literally rather be flayed alive than pay this witch a dime. Dismissive, ignorant, combative and unprofessional, go find a dumpster and throw your money there, better use, better results.

This woman is rude and arrogant with no bed side manner and a toxic personality , I'd let my skin fall off before I'd see her again for any reason

I have been an annual checkup patient with Dr. Tobin for 4 years. She is thorough in her exam and succinctly explains all that she is observing as the exam goes. Her affect is pleasant and professional. The in office treatments I have had have been successful without any unexpected side effects. I am confident and at ease in her care.

Maeve Tobin was awesome. She made my 10 year old feel comfortable and even my 5 year old who was just there with us. Definitely would recommend.

Annual skin exam; 15 or so precancerous spots, treated. Thorough exam. She explained each of the treated spots and provided information about risk reduction. My 3rd appointment with her. Competent, informative, answers questions well ; she is confident and comfortable in her professional role.

I have been a patient of Maeve Tobin for the past two years. During my recent appointment Ms. Tobin was very professional, helpful and friendly. She put me at ease during the procedure. She answered all my questions and provided advice when asked. I would highly recommend this office.

Exceeded my expectations. Efficient, friendly and I didn’t feel rushed. Staff was friendly. Years ago I would wait close to an hour before being seen. That’s not the case anymore. I hope the efficiency of the office isn’t just due to covid!

Rude and not helpful. Didn't hear my concerns, just rushed though the appointment and prescribed some stuff without explaining them.

Maeve was friendly, engaging and took the time to listen to my concerns. I was nervous, yet she explained every step of the procedure and put me at ease. I would definitely return to see Maeve in the future.

My daughter went in for severe eczema. Tobin was so understanding and gave me all the home education I needed and ointments/creams to apply. I couldn’t be any more thankful for a Dermatologist like her! 2 weeks of what she told us too do has my daughters skin clearing up!

bad attitude, condescending, rude, I don’t think I need to keep going

I went in for a rash, and asked her to look at a mole on my neck in which she said it looked fine. Then she turned around and said, "I think it should be biopsied" before I could respond, she had a needle in her hand which I did not see where she got it from and stuck me in the neck to numb it. She proceeded to remove the mole that she said "it looks okay". A band aid was placed on my neck and I left. I was not given any instruction as to how to care for the hole in my neck, subsequently it became infected and painful for 2 weeks. I now have a hole in the back of my neck that looks gross. I will never return! Also, once you arrive there is an hour wait!
