I torn meniscus root. It requires a complex knee surgery which works for people under 40. I am 63 - to live in pain until I get knee replacement in 1-5 years, or leave immobilized were the only options for me. Then I met Dr Dewitz at TCO in Burnsville. Three months later I am in the gym every day doing 30 min cardio, resistance 13, heart rate of 125. No pain, feels great! Thanks to the set of exercises now I feel well, recovered my normal walk, go to gym, make 10 000 to 16 000 steps a day - just like I was before my injury. Thank you Dr Dewitz!
