Very unprofessional. Talks on out of scope things like politics or her life. No systematic approach and fails to create a safe and judgment free zone to be open and work on things. She began to gaslight me when I mentioned moving on. I was a return client for a brief period of time to transition and failed to ask or consider my recent history. Lacks empathy towards struggles and imposes her own personal opinions on you. All this undermines your mental state of being, one is better off using their own resources such as books, podcasts than seeing her. I would not recommend to anyone.

She constantly interrupts you, dismisses your feelings, and imposes her own opinions and beliefs on you. She shows a lack of empathy and compassion towards your struggles, and fails to create a safe and supportive environment for you to share your thoughts and emotions. Her unprofessionalism significantly harms you and undermines your mental health and well-being. PLEASE do not waste your time and money on her.

She is the worst counselor ever.. she made my friend suffer by saying horrible things to her during her worst hour.. don’t ever choose her.. you are better of without her.

I have been seeing Dr. Sadre for over two years and have had excellent results. I am a much healthier and more stable person today because of her expertise, compassion and kindness. I have recommended her to my friends, and they, too, have had excellent results.

Talked more about herself rather than listening. Became judgmental and makes personal attacks with any difference of opinion. Not a safe or kind environment for healing and difficulty with professionalism.
