Every aspect of my treatment here was miserable. They couldn't find my doctor's referral (he had to send another one). They couldn't find the results of my echocardiogram (I had to get another one). I spent hours working around their inability to keep track of things.At no point did I feel like there was a responsible doctor overseeing my case, listening to me or paying attention to what was going on. No one seemed genuinely concerned with helping me in any way. They just wanted me to do whatever was easiest for them. They wanted to keep trying the same solution over and over again for months, even though it clearly didn't work. When I finally refused, they called me 'arrogant.'

Could not have been happier with a office visit! Doc Yuzon spent about 45 mins with me, exploring possible causes of my sleep issues. She took the time to ask thoughtful, insightful questions to figure out what could be the root cause of my condition. She spent time getting to know me as a person, and shows a genuine care. I don’t think I have ever been as happy with a visit to the doctor’s office. I absolutely love that she gave me alternatives to pharmaceuticals, and non-invasive options for treatment. She is the first physician I have been to that I have actually felt like she cares and listens. Highly recommend her! 10/10

Apparently she only can treat you if you have sleep apnea. I have another sleep disorder, with proof from the test we conducted, and she didn't think anything was wrong with me (the test showed an extreme abnormality). Wanted to test for narcolepsy (with no evidence or symptoms), which requires me to go off several medications I need. When I didn't want to do that, she thought that taking me off multiple medications that I need and absolutely cannot go off of, because she thinks it might help. These medicines are not known for creating the sleep problems I have, or affecting sleep much if at all. Basically would not treat me, except wanting me to go off several medications that I need (were for things she doesn't treat so she should not recommend that). Overall very dismissive, rude, and unhelpful.
