Highly Recommend for Somatic Trauma Therapy
Mallory is an incredible therapist. She takes the time to get to know you, your struggles and your goals intimately. The space she creates as a therapist is expansive -- you can truly say anything in her presence and be met with openness and acceptance. Mallory is skillful at EMDR, which is a helpful therapy for trauma-survivors. She also is adept at encouraging the mind-body connection which can be so helpful for any type of mental health issue. I often refer to her, which is the highest compliment I can give.
