The NP told me my hyperpigmentation was a condition called Melasma and I thought what. But she took the time to explain the condition and set up a treatment plan to correct the problem. When the results were slow she reassured me time was my best friend and just as she said consistency returned my even complexion. Thanks Dr Woods. I really love the routine you set up for me.

I would not visit this provider if you're very passionate or distraught about a condition. I've seen this provider for over 6 months and I've never felt that she genuinely cared about helping me. I'm not expecting a provider to be a magician just emphatic and solution-oriented. I was constantly met with a nonchalant demeanor and never felt that she was doing anything beyond the bare minimum to help me. If you're in need of a provider that is willing to try different techniques or diagnostics to help identify a diagnosis, this is not the provider for you. She's not a terrible provider but I would not recommend her to a friend.
