I'd already tried therapy for PTSD prior to working with her, and had a pretty bad attitude coming in that therapy was a joke. But in spite of that, she did help. A lot. A lot a lot. I went from waking up multiple times a night from nightmares to only having clusters of them, and then to having nothing but rare occurrences in a matter of months. She was randomly assigned to me, and I feel like I hit the lottery. *I only rated her below on applicable dimensions.
