Came to the program in Dec and again in Jan of 2020, Manny’s background history and level of care at Cape cod hospital gave me inspiration to strive for living w self care, knowledge of ptsd, depression& anxiety And a will to beat all odds was a gift I’ll always remember. I still listen to his guided meditation each evening. Thank you!
