Dr. Marc Landes, OD

'Dr Marc' does great work, very thorough, explains what he's doing and why, takes the time to answer questions completely. And a good guy to boot.

Dr Landes has a friendly, professional staff. All phases of exam are explained as they're being performed, and final consultation with the Dr is comprehensive. I'm totaly satisfied when I leave.

On a Saturday I woke up with a scary problem in my right eye, including burning, excessive tearing, and some loss of vision. It was like my vision had gone from 20-30 to 20-100. Monday morning I called Landes Vision, which made an appt for me for a couple of hours later (hooray). The problems in my eye had lessened somewhat by then but I needed medical attention. A technician performed a battery of tests, then Dr. Landes did a very thorough examination. He evaluated data and results, did other tests, explained it all to me and patiently answered all of my questions. He showed me two fascinating pictures of my inner eye that the tech had taken, and carefully explained all the important eye details. (In these super large photos of the inner eye, the eye looks a lot like closeups of the sun! I'd never seen anything like it). All in all Dr. Mark is very knowledgeable and patient, and spends as much time with his patients as necessary. And, Dr. Landes showed me that my eye will be fine!

Dr Landes is wonderful. On time, explains everything, answers questions, doesn’t rush. Staff is welcoming, cheerful and knowledgeable. Have been going to Dr. Landes for years.

Dr. Landes has been my eye Dr. for I think about 5 years now. He is always very good at explaining to me what changed with my vision and our plan to help improve it. He’s given me recommendations on OTC products that can help with my itchy allergy eyes. On my last visit they did a Retina screening and Dr took the time to show me the results and explain everything. My eye appointment is probably the only medical type appointment that I leave at the end relaxed and satisfied with what was discussed.

I would recommend Dr. Landes to anyone! He was great with my 3 year old on her first ever visit. She needed significant correction and he took all the time needed to determine the best prescription for her. So thankful!

I was having eye problems and my regular doctors’ office was unavailable. I contacted Landes and they got me in immediately. They were extremely helpful and kind in this time where caring seems rare. The doctor was very helpful and reassuring. I’m switching my annual checkup to Dr. Landes and making them my eye doctors now. I had a very positive experience.
