Patient and kind
I'll admit that I started out with some trepidation. Being a very out of shape older person, I wasn't sure I would feel comfortable in a practice that looked like it specialized in sports injuries. Marc quickly put me at ease. His kindness and patience made me feel comfortable and empowered to do what he prescribed, which helped me make great strides toward my goal.
