Not A Team Player
Dr. Chavez might be a good doctor -my mother is her patient. But she does not work with her patients well. Not only she limits very much the time she spends with her patients, but she does all the talking, and she does not listen to her patients complaints. It's imperative that there is a Dr-Patient connection and relationship for things to work. She needs the patients as much as they need her. The patients are her eyes that help her diagnose and treat. She needs to learn to listen...how is she treating her patients without listening to their complaints? She's just getting pen-happy writing away prescriptions. She's good at what she does. Please, someone open her eyes before she gets lost in the system. Don't let her talents go to waste.
