As a woman with a very regimented cycle, I came to Marcy concerned - my period was over a month late, with intense pressure in my uterus & abdomen. I had been nauseous for weeks & was concerned that either PCOS or otherwise could be at play. I sat in her office undressed in an exam gown without ever being examined - just talked at. She never asked about my mental state before making the assumption that I was stressed about conceiving - I was not - and initially focused on that. Once she saw that I had gained 20 pounds over the past 6 months, she switched her entire focus on my weight with me still sitting on the exam table unclothed, rather than the symptoms I had come to her for. She also said that neither her or her office would ever even explore infertility with me until my BMI was lowered (39). Feeling entirely naked, fat shamed, and unheard, I asked for at least an ultrasound to see if I might have PCOS. Was delivered a $200 bill three months later.

I've been to Marcy a few times for various issues, she's been very pleasant to work with on my health concerns. No complaints!

Awful service..I was disappointed.
