Compassionate provider and staff!

I needed someone to listen to me and to help me get on the right track with my medication. Megan helped me with that, and I have been seeing her for about a year now! Telehealth is an option and I feel very comfortable and safe with ALL staff at The Grove.

Have been seeing Meghan for well over 10 years. Always feel she listens, checks out what she needs to and then gives diagnosis. Wasn’t sure what was wrong, but after Meghan checked everything, including COVID & flu tests, as well as ears,nose &throat, BP, temp, etc - informed me there was no infection, just bad allergies & said I should ad another nose spray to everything else I’m already doing!

I have always received outstanding care from her. I feel she listens and communicates with her patients very well. She takes the time to talk with you and make the correct decisions for your health unlike most physicians that are trying to get you in and out so they can make as much money in a day as possible. The telehealth is an added benefit when I don’t need to go in for a physical appointment as I live quite a ways away from her practice but have no want or desire to find someone closer to me. Disregard these poor reviews. Some people can always find something to complain about!!!!

My most recent experience is not one you would expect of such a modern, seemingly well-managed practice. A lab order was placed a month ago and morning fasting labs were needed so they told me to book with Quest, which was booked up for weeks. I saw a notice for GetLabs, a concierge service that comes to you to draw labs. I eventually booked it since I couldn't get to Quest with a busy schedule. I needed a copy of a lab order and was told around 11:15 that they would upload it in my portal within a couple hours. Very pressed for time I called back at 4:15. She proceeded to tell me “whatever this GetLabs service is, we don't work with them, it costs extra” and rudely asked why I can't just go to a Quest location. The next morning, Cusack sent a rude threatening email taking up for her rude staff member accusing me of cursing at her when I used a curse word in my sentence not directed at anyone as I was being targeted and disrespected. Don’t waste your time. Their rude staff comes first!
