My wife and I began seeing Ms. Schrack when Dr. Zelenak's schedule was full. We now do not hesitate to ask for her when we need to visit the office. I find her to be a skilled clinician who thoughtfully evaluates your concerns and responds appropriately. She is very caring and listens to your concerns. She also communicates very well and makes you feel comfortable and confident in her approach. She also coordinates our treatment with Dr. Zelenak, which is much appreciated.

I have seen Margaret 3 times since becoming a patient of Commonwealth Primary Care when my family doctor retired. She is very impressive, both in her caring and her clinical acumen. She's a patient and thorough listener with a big heart. I highly recommend her and Commonwealth Primary Care.

I think she's amazing. I've only seen her once and that was around April 2015. She was knowledgeable. I need to go back to re-do my medications. It's hard to find a good doctor. As soon as she introduced herself and talked I knew I found a good one. She really cares. You can tell she loves what she does. Even though I'm only going to see her once a year I'm gonna make sure I keep her as my Physician. I just hope she doesn't move far away or anything.
