She is everything I could ask for in a therapist! Super easy to talk to, is funny, has amazing patience, remembers everything, and is nonjudgemental! I think her and her advice has honestly saved my life. I couldn’t be more grateful for her.

I specialize in treating individuals who suffer from chronic, persistent depression or difficulty regulating emotions, and find themselves using substance abuse or other unhealthy behaviors to manage their symptoms. I join with my clients to uncover what is maintaining those unhealthy patterns and learn new skills to cope.
