I really liked Margrette Hakim PA, she really showed she cared and showed compassion for my health. And the receptionist Carmen and Medical Assistant Leslie,were so helpful and very attentive. Clinic on Sherman Way in Van Nuys.

She is rude. She seemed in a rush and didn't answer our questions and she never sounded interested to hear what we had to say. She was unprofessional and unhelpful.
