Maria taught me DBT skills that not only helped me but also my 3 sons. Learning about emotional regulation was a breakthrough for me, and I feel like a new person, more empowered and confident. My self-esteem also improved, and I have stopped over apologizing for being me! I highly recommend Maria as a therapist for anyone!!

Restored my hope!
Telehealth
Maria gained my trust from the first session, and with compassion and honesty led me to an introspective journey to heal wounds I wasn't even aware of. Maria restored my hope in the darkest time of my life, and taught me skills and tools to cope with my emotions and triggers. I wish I had given therapy a chance years ago! Better late than never.

My first session was great! However, the following two sessions, she seemed like a completely different person. She seemed very closed-off and there wasn’t any flow to our conversation. It felt awkward and uncomfortable. I don’t understand why it changed. Discouraging trying to find a good fit.
