I went for therapy on a dislocated elbow. Maria was very knowledgeable about exercises to help me regain strength and range of motion in the elbow. She was very helpful in scheduling with me as I have a demanding and busy work schedule.

I’ve played intense sports for 37 years now so you can imagine the number of injuries I’ve had. Maria is my go to to get me back in the game. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and can relate to any level of activity. She also takes the time to understand my early injuries, how they’ve affected my my body, and how I need to adjust to be active and pain free. She’s conscious to prescribe exercises to prevent injuries and stay healthy as well. Top notch!
