Terrible provider. Would not recommend. Unprofessional

This person should not be allowed to work with patients or their medical records. Impatient, not trauma-informed and incompetent. Rudely dismissed my anxiety about having no caregiver to pick me up from a first colonoscopy, became hostile when I attempted to correct her misunderstanding of a neurologist's report and raised her voice to a point where I had to ask her not to yell. She kept stating that she just needed to move forward and she abruptly left the exam room instead of completing the exam in a professional manner. Later I discovered that she added false notes to my visit record, including the claim that I was "quite upset and bothered when asked about cancer screenings and vaccines." (In fact I had asked for a shingles vaccine and communicated my lack of a caregiver for a colonoscopy, before her bizarre outburst). My insurance company--which makes decisions regarding which tests I receive and don't receive--now has visit notes suggesting that I'm anti-vax and anti-preventa

Called after hours after not receiving a call back. Was concerned about having rebound symptoms with COVID and was nervous I may be infecting others. She was rude and dismissive and made me feel crazy.
