Maria Molnar, NPC

I only spoke with Maria Molnar on phone about a medical issue. She read in past notes a mental health diagnosis that was incorrect. I have a facial nerve injury that left me with acquired facial deformity. When writing my progress notes from our phone visit this provider described me with a mental health diagnosis that was incorrect. I spoke to her about a physical concern in urgent care What was she trying to convey to all my providers. Why did she feel the need to write a mental health diagnosis. The diagnosis was incorrect. My PCP corrected it on Oct. 20, 2023. I called her for a physical complaint and only spoke to her by phone! You have caused great harm to me as I cannot remove it from my chart. You can't say you made an assessment you never saw me. This was very damaging and unprofessional able. All patients need to be aware of what happened to me and check' my chart 'after your visit not all providers would describe the patient as a _____age woman!
