Numerous visits over a 12 year span. Marie Clark and her colleges use state of art techniques to engage ALL members of family matters to get core of the family dynamic. I do agree that when we as humans have the reality of the real dynamic handed to us on silver platter and not sugar coated, that is very painful and therapeutic and helps us see where these children are being affected. Hats off to team Clark, for saving I know at least a minimum of 12-22 wards of state in Missouri but I know it's been hundreds other than mine.... God Bless you Marie Clark and team Clark for saving hundreds. Ron B. Forever indebted.

Our family was extremely dissatisfied by Marie Clark's dealings with our traumatized foster daughter. Marie supports using shame and fear to discuss sex when working with victimized children and refuses to use appropriate medical terminology for the body. She refuses to use research based methods for children like play therapy and sees young children of trauma as defiant when they are crying out for help. We are extremely unhappy to hear that DCFS is working with such a provider.
