Warm and friendly
Marilou is very warm and friendly each time I have seen her for treatment. She listens and helps find ways to adjust stretches or exercises if I am having trouble completing them. She has never made me feel pressured when it comes to medications and has been very professional if she has a suggestion. I have never felt invalidated in our sessions.
