Dr. Marin Adkisson, AUD

Recently while on a brief visit to Denver, my Oticon hearing aid stopped working. I contacted Mile High Hearing on recommendation from Oticon; and explained the urgency of my situation. It was near end of the day; but while she had no opening;Dr. Marin Adkisson advised that she would see me if I could get there soon. I arrived at closing time. Working after hours, she inspected, cleaned my hearing aids, and replaced a faulty speaker. Her friendly service, expertise and outcome were very much appreciated! A+ and thank you to Dr, Adkisson.

I was curious if I was experiencing hearing loss. After a simple but thorough exam Marin not only allayed my fears, but made me aware of a slight case of tinnitus. She was fantastic and answered all my questions. I will be back to make sure my hearing health is checked regularly. Thank you Mile High Hearing!

Marin Adkisson is the best AUD i have met. We met at a support group for tinnitus. I have first hand experience that she cares! she cares about those who come to her for help. She is knowledgeable and will work with those who have special needs. Anyone who has questions or is debating whether or not to visit Marin should do it! you will be better off in the end!

I think an AUD has one of the most difficult tasks in the medical profession because 1) it's a very difficult, technical field and yet 2) it's extremely subjective. I am an electrical engineer turned computer engineer with lots of experience in sound reproduction. I know first hand how difficult this combination of specialties has to be combined into a satisfactory end result. Marin has convinced me she has an excellent education and good people skills as well.
