Horribly rude and abrasive
This practitioner is not only unable to do her job effectively but also has no compassion or customer service skills whatsoever. She is abrasive and rude and does not understand that the patient is her customer. She needs to have some training on all aspects of her job and is actually probably better suited in a profession without patient contact.
