Rude office staff
I was 15 min late due to a traffic emergency after traveling 50 miles. The receptionist was hateful and would not let me see the PA. Waiting room was empty. I was short of breath. So I call back to schedule another appt. Extra hateful and rude. Hung up after she said I was a no show. Called office mgr and she made me an appt. Then she proceeds to school me on time management and how important it is to be on time. Talking to me like I'm an unruly child. At this point I don't trust the medical staff and dieing seems to be the better option. Terrible customer service in this dept.

Poor/No patient care
If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. It took over 3 months to get an appointment just for him to call and cancel on us the day before because he had something come up. Rescheduled us for 3 more weeks out and when we arrived they refused to see us because we were 8 minutes late due to their directions being incorrect on the paperwork they sent us. We were advised he had already gone to lunch. Not to mention the directions provided caused a pulmonary patient to have to walk through an entire hospital to get where they were supposed to go. Extremely unprofessional!

Wait time to be called back may be long but it's worth it because he spends time listening to you and helping you. Knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff is amazing as well.
