I met with Mr. Napolitano for half a dozen therapy sessions. During this period not only did Mr. Napolitano simply disregard my position and concerns as well as attempts to delve deeper into the issues, I witnessed him side with my partner and come to their defense! I will carefully posit that not only was Mr. Napolitano NOT effective he was, in my experience, destructive in avoiding the issues while positioning himself as a professional with reasoned, professional tact and capabilities. Do not waste your time and certainly do not be mis-led by his calm, smooth demeanor. Ultimately, after my repeated attempts to gain insight for the acute issues which brought me/us to Mr. Napolitano, he simply dismissed us with a casual refusal to continue services.
I do NOT recommend Mr. Napolitano.
