Great Therapist!
Mark helped me navigate an extremely difficult time in my life and come out a better and more stable person. I've had many therapists as I've moved around the country a good deal and had two therapists leave the clinics I was at. I connected with Mark more than any therapist before. He is empathetic, patient and non-judgemental. He asks thoughtful questions that helped me to reflect and emphasized positive traits of mine that I typically brush past.If you need career help, he is also good at encouraging you to try new things and giving concrete suggestions (only if you want them). Per his suggestion, I created a list of goals that I wanted to accomplish and over time, we were able to check many of them off. A few times, we decided to spend a couple minutes at the end for me to send an application or important email that I was procrastinating on. I found this extremely helpful. Nothing but good things to say about Mark!

Very condescending
Telehealth
Mark is absolutely the worst therapist I have ever worked with. He showed up to the appointment late and ended it early, looking at the clock and commenting on our timing multiple times during the session. It was clear to me based on his actions that he was just doing this for the money and didn't care about my actual situation. When I mentioned to him my uncomfortableness around this, he condescendingly stated that that's one of my issues and we should talk about it 'next session' (as he wrapped up my session at the 45 minute mark when the session was clearly marked for 55 minutes). There will be no 'next session' Mark. I felt unheard and he used my own vulnerabilities against me. Beware: only go here if you want a traumatizing experience like mine.

Mark saved my life
It took me a while to find a therapist that I connected with. Mark was that person, and I am truly thankful to have found him. I highly recommend Mark and his team.

Mark was exceptional for the time I was able to work with him. His genuine empathy and ability to listen deeply shined through in every meeting, allowing us to cover a lot of ground quite quickly. He made my first venture into seeking mental health support so much less intimidating and if it weren't for a cross-country move, I would still be working regularly with Mark. Thank you for everything, Mark!
