He knew exactly what was wrong with me. And told me with confidence that the medication he prescribed what help and it did exactly that. He said I would laugh at the size of pill for gout and I did . But within 6 hours my foot was 100 times better. thank you Mark, much appreciated.

I have been to this immediate care a few times and each time that I have seen Mark Reynolds, NP, he is fantastic. He takes the time to talk to you about symptoms and treatment and medication. He is very thorough and has a great bedside manner while being friendly and professional. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. Everyone involved in my care did great and I didn’t have to wait very long at all which was very helpful and appreciated. Thanks again!

Usually providers treat me like I'm stupid, and do not listen to anything I have to say. Mark listened to me and my daughter! He was very relatable, attentive, and answered all my questions and my daughter's too!

For weeks I had been telling my doctor and pain management doctor of things that had started happening to me after starting a new prescription. They told me that wasn’t likely, as if I was lying about things that had, or were, happening to me. Dr, Reynolds sat down and asked questions and listened and assured me that I wasn’t going crazy. It was a relief. After being in pain for months, he seemed to actually care that the medications were causing me more problems than I already had. I pray that when I go back for my follow up he treats me the same way. Here lately when I go for follow up appointments, I don’t even see the same doctor.

He was very nice, friendly, and helpful. He was attentive and really listened to me while I explained my medical problems and told him my concerns about them. He clearly expressed my treatment to me. I would highly recommend him to all of my family and friends!
