Check in was very easy, everyone is very pleasant, exam was very thorough and extremely well explained.

Dr. Strosser is very thorough, explains things completely, and is very empathetic.

Clean well-maintained office, friendly staff who took time to do a complete annual exam, no cutting corners. kept me moving on throughout the appointment. There was not much waiting and I was done in just over one hour. Glasses prescription was made available to me as well as the optician on site gave me an estimate of what my glasses would cost from Franz. Very pleased with the whole process.

As usual, the location was clean and well organized. All the employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Strosser has been keeping track of some ocular nerves looking for any signs of glaucoma. I know I am well taken care of. Everything is explained in a manner I can understand.

I started going to Dr. Strosser and Frantz Eye Care after an appointment at the Ft. Myers location. I wanted an office closer to home (Punta Gorda). The staff and Dr. Strosser are top notch and I'm so glad I could get into this office, as they book up very quickly and are a very busy office. I couldn't be happier with the thoroughness, friendliness, knowledge, and compassion that they all show. Jordan at the front desk, Debbie the doctor's assistant and others who I don't remember their names are always so helpful and pleasant. Dr. Strosser is very knowledgeable, patient, answered all of my questions and is just an overall nice man. He is professional and very helpful.

Dr. Strosser gave an excellent explanation of what happens to our eyes as we age, and what modern medicine can do about the problems we encounter, where my eyes are in the aging process, and an expected timeline going forward. I feel much more comfortable with the prospect of eye surgery in my future at this point, than I felt prior to my most recent appointment.

I have a worn glasses or contact lenses since I was 16 years old. I am now 72. My visit with Dr. Strosser and the staff in the Fort Myers office was the most extensive eye exam I have ever had. I was thoroughly satisfied with all the testing. Everyone on the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. After moving here from Buffalo in June I am so glad I found Frantz Eye Care and Dr. Strosser to do my exam. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

My first visit was at Frantz Eyecare in FT Myers at A very large and modern complex. My appointment was quite lengthy but very thorough as well. 'Sarah' (with the beautiful golden ringlets) conducted my input exam. She was friendly and very informative, doing preliminary exams and testing. I was then taken to a '2nd waiting area'. After a very short wait, I was called in by another assistant who prepared me for my exam with Dr. Strosser. My exam was very thorough. We discussed my vision and he was very interested in issues I was experiencing and he offered lots of good advice. He tested my vision again confirming ,and perhaps fine tuning, Sarah's finding. In total I was there about 90 minutes and felt confident that I was in good hands. Scheduled my follow-up in 6 months in the Punta Gorda Office. I would highly recommend Dr Strosser.

My children and I are all patients of Dr. Stosser. He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Also, he has an incredible team! Very trusted place for the care of your eyes!

Very thorough, professional, took his time and very caring

Highly recommend Dr Strosser & his team. After struggling with working on the computer all day, Dr Strosser recommended I get “computer” glasses to help with my issues. I have seen many eye Dr’s in the past & no one has ever approached this suggestion. Apparently my eyes are 2 different strengths which led to my problem but again, never been told this before. The tech Debbie was very thorough with her examination as well as friendly staff at check in. Oh, can’t forget the optician, can’t remember her name. My ins covered so much toward my frames & she showed me frames that were in my budget. She did not attempt to upsell which was very appreciated. Great selection of modern & current frames. Cant wait to get my new glasses

Unlike some of the other patients, I was taken into exam room immediately after talking to receptionist. The only time I had to wait at all was because my eyes were dialated and had to wait for medication to work before seeing Dr. I felt exam was very through and was given explanation of the condition of my eyes. I then saw technician who ordered contact lenses for me and I was on my way out the door. All staff professional and friendly . Sounds like the perfect appt. Right? IT WAS…THANK YOU..

Dr. Strosser was very professional and seemed to understand my concerns and addressed them. I did have to wait a short time to be seen by the doctor but did not feel rushed during my appointment which was late in the afternoon. All of the staff were very nice.

Long wait and lengthy eye exam. Pleasant staff they explain everything step by step. No surprises with insurance or post visit cost. Dr Strosser is very attentive , knowledgeable and caring specialist. My recommendation is to Book yourself out for at least 3 hours and don’t schedule anything else on your appointment date. You will be there for a long while. But it is worth it.

I moved to FL in 2015 and was blessed with finding Dr. Strosser as my eye doctor. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and pays great attention to detail. Wherever he goes, I will follow, I have never had such great care when it pertained to my eyes. Super impressive.

I appreciate the care and attention I receive when I go to any of the Frantz eye care offices, but especially when I go to Punta Gorda. I like Dr. Strosser as he covers everything with you and if you have questions, he will give you an answer. Even when I moved 2 hours away, I still go to this location and Dr. Strosser.

Long wait, but worth it

Dr. Stosser and the staff always provide the individual care for my needs. I know that the care received is always tailored to my personal needs. I would recommend this office and Dr Strosser to anyone looking for eye .

On time, staff very friendly n actually introduced themselves, including doctor. Overall Impressed.

I got more info in one visit, hat I never had from my previous doctor, He made you feel like family, not just him but the entire staff. Thank you, not so Grumpy
