I had a telehealth meeting today (7/3/21) with Mr. Tuvelle and he was great! He really seemed to understand my issues and where I was coming from. Very easy to talk to and very professional.

Very poor communication and forgets what he says. I am a very busy man and this guy is clearly lackadaisical about his job.

Sympathetic, professional, and friendly. I also had a problem with prescriptions, but I think it was Cerebral’s system, not anything to do with him.

Horrible. Sends prescriptions incorrectly, does not respond to his patients to correct the problem. This is only for nausea medication. Horrible and should not be practicing. Incompetent staff, absolutely useless.
